Laung Namkeen

Laung Namkeen is a crunchy and flavorful Indian snack infused with the aromatic spice of cloves (laung). Made primarily from refined flour (maida) or wheat flour, the dough is mixed with spices like cumin, ajwain (carom seeds), and a hint of ground cloves, which give it its distinctive flavor.
