Mote Bujiya

Mote Bhujiya is a popular savory snack from Rajasthan, known for its crunchy texture and bold flavors. It is a thicker variation of the traditional Bikaneri Bhujia, made primarily from gram flour (besan) and spices. The dough is prepared by mixing gram flour with salt, red chili powder, turmeric, ajwain (carom seeds), and sometimes hing (asafoetida), and then deep-fried in hot oil to create crunchy strands.
