Mava fruit rool

Mava Fruit Roll is a rich and decadent Indian sweet made by rolling dried fruits and nuts in a thick layer of mava (khoya), which is condensed milk solid. The mava is flavored with cardamom and sometimes saffron, giving it a creamy, aromatic taste. The inside of the roll is filled with a mixture of finely chopped dried fruits like figs, dates, apricots, and nuts such as almonds, cashews, and pistachios.
