Kaju Mathri

Kaju Mathri is a popular North Indian snack, especially enjoyed during festivals and special occasions. It is a savory and flaky biscuit-like snack, made from a dough of all-purpose flour, semolina, and spices, and shaped like cashew nuts (kaju). The dough is rolled out, cut into small crescent shapes resembling cashews, and deep-fried until golden brown.
